Have you ever gone to the South eastern parts of Asia about a year or two ago? If you have been there you may have experienced that it is not only the luggage that are checked but as well as your temperature and skin to see if there are skin rashes. They have done this because of the rising number break-out of avian influenza or commonly known as bird flu.
Bird flu like any common flu needs a host or something that the virus could adapt to. Avian flu inflicts birds that cause sudden mass kill of flocks. Avian flu does not only infect birds but as well humans and is also as fatal as its infects birds and others of the same kind. Avian flu for humans has the same symptoms as flu only a lot more fatal because it triggers both the respiratory and central nervous system.

Last week I went to a shopping mall to buy a gift for my brother who will be celebrating his birthday next month. I know he would be expecting something great from me so I decided to find the best gift for him as early as possible. As I was looking for the gift I want to give him. I got curious about the advertisement on the LCD mount near a Chinese Health store. The advertisement was all about the wonder root and its benefits as well. The wonder root that it was talking about was Chinese red ginseng.

I heard before about ginseng but I was never quite familiar with its benefits, so curious enough I went inside the shop and asked the Chinese pharmacist about its benefits. He said that Chinese red ginseng has many benefits. It actually helps oxidize your skin giving a smooth and softer feel. It is used by people with diabetes to keep their blood sugar low. And most all red ginsengs serve as adaptogens, aphrodisiacs and nourishing stimulants.

Most who are taking diet pills says that a kind of diet pills is effective when they are loosing about five to twenty pounds on their weight within a week or less. But when you already have attained your desired weight and shape you tend to stop the pills. The question is do diet pills that work still work after you stop taking them? For those who abruptly stop taking diet pills after having their desired work they tend to recede to their problems with obesity.
So how do we stop taking diet pills and still having the weight and shape we want? The only way to keep our figure after stopping the intake of diet pills is to keep our “weight-loss” kind of attitude. It is far better that we maintain our diets and make it a habit to monitor the food we eat. We may also want to consider continuing exercise programs for better and faster results.

Once when my friends and I went to a local movie house, we did not enjoy the movie at all, it is all because the movie house was so dirty as if it was not cleaned for years. The seats have a slimy and moist feel. The floor is full of mildew and trash like spilled popcorn and sodas. It also smells like tobacco and rotten everything inside. It was really a gruesome place so we immediately went out.
We were quite afraid that we would get rashes or any kind of infection from the movie house. So we went home and all took a shower to disinfect ourselves. From them on we did not dare to venture o unfamiliar and not so good-looking buildings or places. To avoid that disaster again my friends and I just decided to make our own home theater and just give a share for every home theater seating or furniture that we would buy.

A week ago my friend Carla attended a costume party. It was actually to celebrate her niece’s birthday. The party is fairytale kind of theme and all are required to wear costumes of course. She rented a fairy costume (it actually doesn’t look so child friendly because it looks like more of sexy costumes kind of thing) because that is the only costume available at the costume shop that fits her. After about a few hours of wearing the costume she got awful itchy blisters at her back and belly.
She can’t handle the itch anymore so she removed the costume and changed. The next day she went to the doctor and asked why the blisters appeared. The doctor said that the blisters are caused by the fur found on the costume. The doctor recommended her a cream and told her to put some petroleum jelly on the blisters for them smooth out and not to live any marks. She was also advised not to wear too much fur.
