Purifying Your Air

Having asthma and other respiratory ailments is quite hard to deal with for you have to be very cautious in every thing that you do. Even the air you breathe must be free from different allergens. Today, different modern furniture have built in air purifier and air monitors that cleans and updates you about the allergen contents of the air you breath at home.

But how do air purifiers work? An air purifier works according to how it purifies air. Some uses electronic filtering, air adsorption or mechanical filtering. Air purifiers with mechanical filter clean the air by using HEPA filters, which are able to absorb air born pollutants and allergens via a ventilation system. Air adsorption on the hand uses special types of chemicals that adsorbs foul odors but is not that effective on removing pollutant and allergens. Electrostatic air purifiers on the other hand, electrically charged needles that emits ions and attracts pollutants and allergens.

Traveling is one of the best ways to unwind and relax. You are able to have fun and at the same time learn other people’s culture and heritage. But traveling does not only require big Rimowa luggage for your things, it as well requires precaution during and after travel.

Falling sick during vacations is a big “oh no” for you will not be able to enjoy your vacation. So certain precautions must be taken before traveling. Cough and cold medicine should always be at hand to avoid climate change problems. Avoid drinking on public drinking fountains. It is best to bring your own purified water in bottles.

Milk Allergy is not Lactose Intolerance

A lot of studies say that milk is a complete food, for it gives us loads of nutrients, protein and minerals. It is for a fact beneficial for our health, but there are times when milk ails us rather than cure us. This case happens when you have milk allergies. Often time milk allergy is mix upped with lactose intolerance. Lactose intolerance is when the body does not produce enough enzymes to digest dairy products. Symptoms may range from stomach cramps, diarrhea and excess gas.

Milk allergy on the other hand, is the overreaction of the body to proteins. Symptoms are experienced in less than 24 hours. Some of which are vomiting, skin rash, constipation and even bronchitis. Today there are promotional products, specially made for those having milk allergies; these products can replace different milk products like infant milk, cheese and others.
