With the temperatures rising, you may want to keep yourself cool to avoid certain ailments like heat stroke and others. Keeping yourself rehydrated is a must. You may want to bring your water tumbler every time you go out.. Avoid caffeine and alcohol for they dehydrate you more. Fruits juices and water is still the best. There are water tumblers that are very light and sturdy which you can bring anywhere just don’t mistake them for some Lortone rock tumblers.
Wear loose fitting clothes and that are light colored. Light colored shirts do not trap heat compared with dark colored clothes. Wear clothes made of cotton for they are absorbent and breathable. If you would go out you want to wear some eye glasses to protect your eyes or hats to protect you hair and head as well. If it is really hot take a bath twice a day or as frequently as you can.

Our bones are like Ferrari parts. They are like so, for they tend to protect are internal organs from simple injuries, they give form to our bodies and helps us to be mobile. But they are also precious and needs to be taken care of. Bones are very important to us that’s why keeping our bones healthy is a must. Drinking milk and eating foods rich in calcium is not the only way to take care of your bones but of course this is one of the essentials. Taking calcium supplements would help you increase calcium level into your body.
Eating a lot of green foods like broccoli and spinach are also a good source of calcium. Taking foods rich in vitamin D would make it easier for body to absorb calcium. Avoiding excess protein and sodium would lessen the excretion of calcium from your body. Exercising and playing a few sports would help your body to increase bone density. Change your exercise routine so that you can abruptly make changes to your body making your exercise more effective thus increasing the strength of your bones. Recreation and proper rest is also important, having strolls or having vacations like Vegas vacations can help you relieve some of your muscle stress that may affect your bones as well.

Eating fruits and vegetables are very good to our health, but for sure some of us do not want to eat them. I really don’t like vegetables and only like a few fruits. Until my friend suggested me to juiced fruits and vegetables rather than cook them or literally eat them. Immediately I loved the fresh vegetable and fruit juice I made. At first, I only tried the fruits and vegetables that I eat. Then after a while of getting used with fruit and vegetable juices I tried mixing other herbs and vegetables in to it.
With this I already had a better feel with myself. I started to loose some weight faster compared with the weight loss pills I was taking before. Studies say that juicing fruits and vegetables are the best ways to get the vitamins from them. In juicing you get almost 97% of the vitamins present in fruits and vegetables as compared to cooking them or eating them raw. It would make you as well more immune to diseases, like cough, colds and even various types of cancers.
