Treating Blackheads Right
When we talk about acne, pimples are not the only problem. Some are not really having problems with pimples instead they have a hard time treating blackheads. Blackheads are black spots on the face that contain a white or yellowish gel. This comes from the sebum that your skin secrets. They form because of open pores on the skin are block by sebum and dirt.
There are actually a lot of available acne treatments that could remove blackheads. Creams with benzoyl peroxide or resorcinol would do the trick. Though you must take proper precaution in using these products for too much use may cause the skin to dry and become flaky. But if you have a dry skin using these products may just worsen your problem. Astringents may also be used as long as you choose the one that is specially made for treating blackheads. Eating foods rich in vitamin A on the other hand may help you regulate your sebum and lessen your blackheads. Facial scrubs may help remove dead skin cells and dirt to lessen blackheads as well.
