Milk Allergy is not Lactose Intolerance
A lot of studies say that milk is a complete food, for it gives us loads of nutrients, protein and minerals. It is for a fact beneficial for our health, but there are times when milk ails us rather than cure us. This case happens when you have milk allergies. Often time milk allergy is mix upped with lactose intolerance. Lactose intolerance is when the body does not produce enough enzymes to digest dairy products. Symptoms may range from stomach cramps, diarrhea and excess gas.
Milk allergy on the other hand, is the overreaction of the body to proteins. Symptoms are experienced in less than 24 hours. Some of which are vomiting, skin rash, constipation and even bronchitis. Today there are promotional products, specially made for those having milk allergies; these products can replace different milk products like infant milk, cheese and others.
