Eczema is a skin disease that any of us wouldn’t want to have. Though it is not contagious, having eczema can make you feel uncomfortable because it is itchy (just like a rash).

Some don’t know the real cause of this rash-like disease but there are ways on how to prevent having one. Since eczema is a skin irritation, you should always make sure that your skin is protected from harmful chemicals or skin irritants, whether you wear gloves or you just avoid these things. The use of hypoallergenic soaps can also help prevent this disease.

Milk Allergy is not Lactose Intolerance

A lot of studies say that milk is a complete food, for it gives us loads of nutrients, protein and minerals. It is for a fact beneficial for our health, but there are times when milk ails us rather than cure us. This case happens when you have milk allergies. Often time milk allergy is mix upped with lactose intolerance. Lactose intolerance is when the body does not produce enough enzymes to digest dairy products. Symptoms may range from stomach cramps, diarrhea and excess gas.

Milk allergy on the other hand, is the overreaction of the body to proteins. Symptoms are experienced in less than 24 hours. Some of which are vomiting, skin rash, constipation and even bronchitis. Today there are promotional products, specially made for those having milk allergies; these products can replace different milk products like infant milk, cheese and others.

Diaper Problems

Disposable diapers are very popular because they are very convenient to use and are very cheap. But disposable diapers bring about some problems like diaper rash. Specialist say that diaper rash are caused when air does not circulate properly within the diaper and the when germs accumulate within the diaper. Some on the other hand are caused by certain chemicals found on diapers and or the baby’s sensitivity on urine.

Diaper rash can be easily prevented if you can find a diaper rash cream for your baby. You can as well change disposable diapers as often as possible or if better find a diaper brand that is hypo-allergenic and can absorb urine fast. Diapers are really very convenient for parents but be sure that it would be as well good for your baby.
