I’ve always heard of push ups but this is the first time to encounter the word pull up. After some research, i learned that a pull up station is usually used for muscle building.

They say it is more effective than push ups since you use your entire body weight when doing pull ups. Anyone can use it, from beginners to the more advanced ones since you can modify the difficulty of the exercise.

What is creatine? Creatine is an organic acid that is usually found in fish and red meat. It is said to help produce energy and ATP or Adenosine triphosphate for the body. ATP is usually used by the body for muscle related activities such as weight lifting.

The creatine supplements are usually used by athletes to increase their performance without side effects. It can also be used by people who have muscle fatigue since it helps decrease it.
