Keep it cool

With the temperatures rising, you may want to keep yourself cool to avoid certain ailments like heat stroke and others. Keeping yourself rehydrated is a must. You may want to bring your water tumbler every time you go out.. Avoid caffeine and alcohol for they dehydrate you more. Fruits juices and water is still the best. There are water tumblers that are very light and sturdy which you can bring anywhere just don’t mistake them for some Lortone rock tumblers.

Wear loose fitting clothes and that are light colored. Light colored shirts do not trap heat compared with dark colored clothes. Wear clothes made of cotton for they are absorbent and breathable. If you would go out you want to wear some eye glasses to protect your eyes or hats to protect you hair and head as well. If it is really hot take a bath twice a day or as frequently as you can.

Our cars are very important to us, they help reach our destinations and travel different places. To protect are cars we tend to change parts, give them check-ups and even buy them carports. Like cars are joints and bones enables us to become mobile, from the simple movements like walking and running to the more complex movements that most or some people do. Again like cars our joints and bones need protection as well. If we do not take good care of our bones and muscles it would be quite hard for us to move and may become a hindrance for our future activities.

Eating food rich in protein would help us to gain good and strong joints and muscles. High calcium milk on the other hand will help us build strong bones. Today there are as well food supplements that are made especially for maintaining strong joints and bones. Exercise would be as well a very good idea just do warm up before the exercise and cool down before ending the exercise so that your muscles and joints will not be stressed that much.

Often times when we hear the words budgeting and planning what we think of is how to use and spend our money in the wisest and most practical way we can. But have you ever heard of budgeting and planning meals. Budgeting and planning your meals won’t just help you save a lot. It would as well give you the chance to eat healthier and more delicious food. Budgeting and planning meals are very easy to do. You need not to stress yourself too much on thinking about the meals you have to cook.

In budgeting and planning meals, first is to know your budget for a week of meals. Then look for meals on cookbooks that mostly have the same special ingredients. Next have a list of all the ingredients you have to use. Then look for extenders or alternative ingredients that would give almost the same taste but has a lesser price and is nutritious compared to the ingredient suggested by the cookbook that is quite expensive. Finally approximate the amount of each ingredient that you have to use.
