My friend was about to apply for a job in the city. However, she’s a little worried because she has eczema. This is an inflammation in the skin which causes it to itch and redden. She’s a little bit ashamed of it since she has to shake hands with her interviewer. So before she went for the job interview, she underwent eczema treatment, which effectively cured her inflammation. She was able to pass her interview with flying colors.

Plantar Fasciitis is a painful inflammation of the foot caused by excessive wear of the plantar fascia. The pain is usually felt at the underside of your heel, and is often intense with your first few steps after waking up. Obesity, weight gain, walking on hard surfaces, and inactivity may cause this type of inflammation. Plantar Fasciitis can as well be caused by shoes that have a little or no arch.
This inflammation can be treated by cold compression and contrast bath therapy, arch support, heel lifts and taping. If the inflammation cannot be cured or lessened with this type of treatments weight loss and discontinuing the aggravating activity would be required by the physician. But in rare cases where inflammation continues even after several treatments plantar fascia release surgery is the last resort.
