Acomplia rimonabant and Xenical orlistat are two such prescription obesity treatments. Some people choose Acomplia rimonabant, which is an appetite suppressant, as their obesity treatment whereas some people choose Xenical orlistat, which is a fat inhibitor. The main difference between Acomplia rimonabant and Xenical orlistat is in their working; while the former works in the brain, the latter works in the digestive system.
You may be able to choose one of the obesity treatments and say that you will order Acomplia online but ultimately it is not your decision. It is possible that Acomplia rimonabant is not safe for you or you are allergic to it and do not get its prescription. The same goes for Xenical orlistat.
