Keeping Your Memory Sharp
Disintegrating memory is not a problem experienced only by the elderly. It is actually proven through studies that when a person reaches 30 or 35 his or her memory starts to disintegrate. Memory loss is not only caused by aging. Head injuries, smoking and drinking may as well cause rapid memory loss.
But like laptop memory, our own memory can as well be enhanced and memory loss can always be prevented. One of which is eating foods rich in vitamins B and E. These vitamins help you keep your brain cells healthy and properly working. Drinking enough amounts of water keep you body hydrated lessening that stress that may occur in your brain. Writing down things on the other helps improve your memory. Your hands have a better retention than your mouth, thus writings would make you remember faster than saying it the things repeatedly. Reading and studying may as well enhance your memory for it helps you exercise the capacity of your memory.
