Safety during Pregnancy
Pregnancy entails a lot of responsibility. A pregnant woman should eat healthy, drink lots of fluids and refrain from eating junk food and those with high levels of sugar and caffeine. A mother to be should also be careful with her body. She should not walk in bathtubs and washrooms that are slippery (make sure that there is always a rug). She should not also overwork herself and do strenuous activities since this is not good for the baby. It may mean a lot of care and a lot of do’s and don’ts but it would be all worth it once the baby is born.
