Next is to think of ways that would further help you in loosing weight. To do this, you have to monitor everything from diet to your lifestyle. For example you smoke or drink, you may need to lessen or best remove these things to help you loose weight faster. Finally is to take note of all the changes that are occurring whether it is positive or negative. This way you would be able to know what things you have retain and remove.
